SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free for all orders with destination Italy.
The cost of transport for orders with European Union countries (excluding Italy) and countries outside the European Union will always be automatically calculated and displayed during the purchase process.
In EU countries, Elisabet ships with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula, so in these destinations the goods will arrive directly to the place indicated without having to pay anything other than what was paid at the time of ordering.
For all other countries, the DDU* (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, so the courier could present a separate invoice with which he requests the payment of the duties and taxes requested by the local authorities.
In the event that the shipping address of the goods is in a country belonging to the European Community, the goods are subject to VAT (22%); in the event that the shipping address of the goods is in a country that is not part of the European Community, pursuant to Art. 8, c. 1, lett. a) - 21 - 23, Presidential Decree no 633/1972, the goods are not subject to VAT. Any customs fees and taxes will be calculated and applied by the customs authorities.
Orders placed on shop.elisabet.it are shipped on Italian territory by BRT courier or equivalent, on Russian territory via EMS or equivalent and in other countries via SDA or equivalent. After the shipment and in any case at the moment when the courier makes it available, the tracking number is communicated to the Customer to follow the path of the package.
Orders are processed after a check on the actual availability of the product and the payment check. In case of errors or impossibility to process the order, the amount charged will be reimbursed.
After the order has been processed, shipments are delivered in 1-2 working days in Italy and 2-5 working days in other European Community countries, depending on the delivery area. For countries not part of the European Community shipping times can not be accurately estimated due to possible delays due to customs procedures. For security reasons, no mailings are sent to PO boxes.
In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. It is therefore important that the address is complete with useful information, such as Star, Apartament number, Intercom, etc...
We are not responsible for any delays and / or missed deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or inadequately provided when ordering.
In any case we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delays will not give the purchaser any right to request damages of any kind.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Elisabet intends to guarantee maximum peace of mind and advantage in the purchase process on the site: returns for products with delivery in Italy are free.
If the Customer is a consumer (ie a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity or does not make the purchase by indicating to ELISABET srl a reference to VAT number), he is entitled to the rights under art. 64 of the Consumer Code within the limits established by this legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, with the methods specified below.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a communication within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products by e-mail to email@example.com or through the customer account where the orders are stored. To this communication the customer service department will communicate the instructions to proceed with the return. Please note that the consumer can not exercise this right of withdrawal for tailor-made or customized products.
The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise this right, indicating the relevant order number.
Elisabet will send a courier to collect the goods: the customer must keep the parcel ready, as received and deliver it to the person in charge.
The acceptance of the returned goods takes place only in the following cases (according to the Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- the product must be intact and not used;
- the product accompanying card and / or the seal must not have been removed;
- the return shipment must be made using the original boxes and cartons with which the goods have been received. If the original carton is no longer available or is damaged, any other carton in good condition may be used. In any case, the product box must always be inserted inside a carton;
- the return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively following this procedure.
In the absence of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be returned to the sender, debiting the costs.
Following verification of the existence of the aforementioned conditions, we will reimburse the amount paid with the same method of payment envisaged for the purchase.
For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 5 working days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. These times may vary depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
Elisabet will not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for those returned products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
